Intersecting Life and Faith

Psalm 119:1-8

I have never doubted the inerrant Word of God. I know it is true, the very Word of God written to me.  Several years after God found me I turned my back on an education in psychology and headed to Bible College to study in depth…the Bible. Four years of day in day out study.

In addition to those years I have had 25+ years of listening to one of the best expositor’s of the Word of God…my husband. I am convinced all the more after hearing Sunday’s message the

  • hearing
  • reading
  • studying
  • meditating
  • and memorizing

of God’s Word is how I should be spending a lot of my time.

In almost every verse of Psalm 119 God’s Word is mentioned.

Happiness and the Word of God go together like Oreo cookies and milk.

Psalm 119:1-8

  1. Do I seek God with all my heart?  All= my entire being, my whole heart.
  2. Do I keep God’s Word diligently?
  3. What keeps me from seeking and keeping?

And it doees not return void. Thankful that after reading it through seven times I still hunger for it and God has much more to teach me.
