I always try to find a local coffeehouse/cafe to support. Had my first pumpkin spice coffee for the fall season and Rob had a chef salad...yes he had vegetables, but I promised I wouldn't post the picture I took.I am very excited to be on the Launch Team for a new book coming out the beginning of October. I will be posting about this book in the coming weeks.
Ree Drummond is the Pioneer Woman with a brand new web site where is has just introduced her new line of dishware, cookware and miscellaneous products. The best part about her products is that they are beautiful, look good in any dining room or kitchen and it is all reasonably priced, available at Wal-mart. This mug is under $5.00. At this stage of the game, I don't need anymore dishes in my cupboards, but a piece here and there will be fun to have. Rob and I made a whirlwind trip to the Lynchburg, VA area where he was privileged to officiate at at wedding of a young man who grew up under his ministry. It was an honor to be a part of Jake and Lexi's wedding. The venue was at a historic farm where and amish barn had been moved from Ohio to Sorrella Farms. I did take some pictures, but head over to the web site for a great view of what we experienced this weekend.
